How long does a cleaning take?+
Depending on condition and service, usually 2 to 5 business days. For deep restoration, we'll confirm the timeline at drop-off.
Do you work on suede shoes?+
Yes. Suede requires a different process — cleaning, re-pigmentation, and surface protection. Please mention the material when booking.
Can I send my shoes by courier?+
Yes, we accept both walk-in drop-off and courier. Pack your shoes carefully, ship to our address — we'll confirm receipt and return once done.
Do you clean sneakers?+
Yes. Sneakers are cleaned using a separate process from leather dress shoes.
Is there a service guarantee?+
If you're not satisfied with the result, contact us within 48 hours — we'll inspect and redo the service at no charge.
